Following every ShootingBets 1X2 alert in September at €10 a pick would have made about €1,692 at the prices Betaminic prints, which we could not verify (€10 flat on every pick, past results, illustration only). We took all 1,047 picks from its public results page, 1 Sep to 30 Sep 2026, graded every one we could against the scores and closing odds we record, and asked one question: does following it pay at the odds it prints?

What is Betaminic? Price, tiers and claims

Betaminic is a Spanish company (Betaminic Bigdata Solutions S.L., the name in its site footer). This review is about one of its products, ShootingBets: Telegram alerts sent when a sharp bookmaker's odds drop, telling readers to bet the same pick at a slower bookmaker before it follows. Its pages say each alert carries a minimum price and shows whether Bet365, its reference bookmaker, is still above it. Its pages list football, basketball, tennis, handball and volleyball; we tested football match result (1X2) and over/under goals, the markets we can grade and price.

Price: not shown on its public pages; a free start through its Telegram bot (@ShootingBetsBot). Its results page publishes every settled alert that met its minimum-odds rule, with the Bet365 odds, the score and the profit or loss, and it makes these claims:

What the site says, next to what we measured

In short: an odds-movement alert service, not a prediction model. It sells speed, not opinions.

What we collected

Period
1 Sep to 30 Sep 2026 (30 days, by kick-off date)

983 graded picks in 3 markets; 481 picks we could not match to our fixtures (mostly leagues we do not carry). In Match result (1X2) and Over/Under 2.5 goals they count, graded by Betaminic's own result, because its results agree with ours on 100% of the picks we can check in each (our rule: at least 97%); elsewhere they are excluded; 62 picks in markets we could not test are counted and excluded; pre-committed but with no pick we could grade: Over/Under 3.5 goals (2 unmatched); 22 picks whose printed score differs from the game we matched (mostly a youth or reserve side with the same club names, or a cup tie where one of the two scores includes extra time) are treated as unmatched, never graded with the wrong game

C: read after the fact from its history pages
Pre-committed
Site, window, markets and tests logged 1 Oct 2026, before the audit ran

Betaminic's history was read after the matches from its results pages; we did not capture it live, so the pages could have changed before we read them. Paid tiers were not tested. Break-even is computed pick by pick (the average of 1 ÷ odds). Every 95% range comes from a bootstrap that resamples whole days, because picks on the same day are linked. Voids and pushes return the stake and count as no bet; results are our fixture result over 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Pinnacle prices cover only part of Match result (1X2) (245 of 894), Over/Under 2.5 goals (26 of 87). Left out: the price check (added after the first run), because it needs every price a bookmaker offered before kick-off, and our stored prices for this window are no longer complete. Left out: Spread (Asian handicap) picks, because our audit does not price or grade Asian handicaps yet. Its record only includes alerts where Bet365's price was still above the recommended minimum when the alert went out, as its results page says. That filter is applied before the match, not by the result, but it hides how often the price was already gone; those alerts are not published, so we could not test them. The odds are Bet365's at the moment of the alert; a reader acting minutes later may get less. The alerts we could not match have no independent check of their odds or closing price. The full method is on our methodology page.

Source: Betaminic's own results pages, 1 Sep to 30 Sep 2026, graded by us. Closing odds: Pinnacle, from the OddsIntel odds database. Rows under 300 picks, or with more than 5% of picks unmatched where they cannot count, are greyed and not used in the verdict. Match result (1X2): 432 picks (48.3%) we could not match (mostly leagues we do not carry) are graded by Betaminic's own result; its result agrees with ours on all 462 picks we graded; Over/Under 2.5 goals: 47 picks (54.0%) we could not match (mostly leagues we do not carry) are graded by Betaminic's own result; its result agrees with ours on all 40 picks we graded. Closing-odds figures use matched picks only.

Almost half of its 1X2 alerts could not be matched to our fixtures, mostly because they are in leagues we do not carry (lower divisions in Finland, England, Spain and Japan, among others). They count here, graded by its own result column, because that column agrees with the scores we record on all 462 alerts we could check. The alerts we graded ourselves returned +12.5% (95% range −3.0% to +27.9%), a range that includes losing; the 432 we could not match returned +25.8%, so they lift the headline, and we could check neither their scores nor their odds.

Did Betaminic beat the closing odds?

Betaminic's odds: capture time unknown, read after the matches (proof grade C). A tipster who beats the close is finding prices; one who doesn't is following them.

Mean CLV = the expected return at the fair close. CLV per pick = its odds × Pinnacle's fair probability at the close − 1 (margin removed by the Shin method for three outcomes, the power method for two). The share beating the close is descriptive only. Source: Betaminic's own results pages, 1 Sep to 30 Sep 2026, graded by us. Closing odds: Pinnacle, from the OddsIntel odds database.

Could you get its printed price?

Not checked for this window. The check compares each printed price with the highest price any bookmaker we record offered in the 48 hours before kick-off, so it needs every price we stored, and this window is older than our odds retention (7 days), so the prices offered before kick-off are no longer complete.

Is it skill? Betaminic against a no-analysis rule

On each day Betaminic published picks, the rule takes the same number of picks, choosing whichever outcome Pinnacle's odds made most likely. No form, no team news, no model. Both sides are priced at Pinnacle's close, so each side counts only the picks with a Pinnacle price, and the two counts can differ.

Same days, Pinnacle-priced picks: the site against a no-analysis rule

  • Over/Under 2.5 goals · 26 vs 26 picks · too few to read
  • Over/Under 1.5 goals · 2 vs 2 picks · too few to read

Returns at Pinnacle's close. Caveat: the rule chooses with kick-off prices, so it shows what a win rate is made of, not a strategy, and nobody has kick-off prices when a tip is published.

Profitable at its own odds

Yes

Its one busy market (1X2) judged at its printed odds, with the 95% range widened for the number of markets tested; the odds were read after the matches and not verified (grade C). The 462 alerts we could match ourselves returned +12.5% (95% range −3.0% to +27.9%), a range that includes losing.

What it does well

  • It publishes every settled alert that met its minimum-odds rule, with the odds, the score and the profit or loss, and its results table has Excel and CSV download buttons.
  • Its result column matches the scores we record on all 462 alerts we could check.
  • It names the bookmaker its prices come from (Bet365), so its prices can be checked in principle.

Who it's for: Bettors with an account at a slower bookmaker who can act on a Telegram alert within minutes, knowing that bookmakers often limit accounts that keep betting on price moves.

Who should skip it: Anyone who bets hours after an alert: its record is priced at the moment the alert went out, and we could not check how long those prices lasted.

Is Betaminic legit? Our verdict

Yes. Betaminic is a real company that publishes every settled ShootingBets alert that met its minimum-odds rule, with the Bet365 odds and the result. In our test its 894 September 1X2 alerts returned +18.9% at those odds (95% range +10.8% to +28.5%), and its results match the scores we record on all 462 alerts we could check. Those 462 returned +12.5% (95% range −3.0% to +27.9%), a range that includes losing; the alerts we could not match lift the headline. Its odds were read after the matches, so the pages could have changed before we read them (proof grade C), and too few alerts had a Pinnacle closing price to test them against the close. If you can bet at Bet365's price within minutes of an alert, its published record shows it paid in September; if not, it says little. This is as its pages read on 1 Oct 2026.

How to check any tipster in 30 seconds

  1. 1

    Ask for the odds

No odds, no verdict. A win rate on its own can't be checked.

  2. 2

    Work out the break-even

1 ÷ odds for each pick, then the average. At odds of 1.25 you need to win 80% of the time. Is the win rate above it?

  3. 3

    Check the sample

A few hundred picks prove little. Thousands start to.

  4. 4

Check the price you would get

Quoted odds you can't find at your own bookmaker don't count.

  5. 5

    Check it against the close

Did the picks get better odds than the market settled on at kick-off? That is the sign of finding prices, not following them.

Betaminic FAQ

Is Betaminic legit?
Yes. Betaminic is a real Spanish company (named in its site footer) that publishes every settled ShootingBets alert that met its minimum-odds rule, with the Bet365 odds and the result. In our test its 894 September 1X2 alerts returned +18.9% at those odds, which we read after the matches and could not verify, and its results matched the scores we record on all 462 alerts we could check.
Is Betaminic a scam?
We found no evidence that it is a scam: its published results match the scores we record on all 462 alerts we could check, and it names the bookmaker its odds come from. Its record only includes alerts where Bet365 was still above its minimum price, so alerts outside that rule are not shown.
What are Betaminic's real results?
Over 1 to 30 Sep 2026, its 894 football 1X2 alerts returned +18.9% at its printed Bet365 odds (95% range +10.8% to +28.5%). The 462 we graded ourselves returned +12.5% (95% range −3.0% to +27.9%, which includes losing). We read its odds after the matches and could not check them.
Is Betaminic's paid tier worth it?
We did not test it as a subscriber; its alerts arrive through a Telegram bot. We tested the record it publishes, which leaves out every alert where Bet365 was already below the minimum when it was sent.
How did we measure this?
We read every pick on its public ShootingBets results page for 1 to 30 Sep 2026, matched them to the fixtures and closing odds we record, and graded them at its printed odds and at Pinnacle's close. Every number is in the ledger file linked under Sources.
What is ShootingBets?
ShootingBets is Betaminic's alert service: a Telegram message when a sharp bookmaker's odds drop, so you can bet the same pick at a slower bookmaker, with Bet365 as its reference, before it follows. In our test its September 1X2 alerts returned +18.9% at its printed odds, which we read after the matches and could not verify.
