By accessing or using OddsIntel (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. About the Service

OddsIntel publishes football picks and their full public record, together with the data and methods behind them. We are a data and analysis service. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets. All information is provided for informational purposes only. Most of OddsIntel is free; OddsIntel VIP is a paid subscription (section 4).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using OddsIntel, you confirm that you are 18+ and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws regarding gambling and online services.

3. No Gambling Advice

Nothing on OddsIntel constitutes gambling advice, a recommendation to bet, or a guarantee of outcome. Model probabilities, value indicators, and pick signals are analytical tools — they do not guarantee profit. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. Betting carries risk of financial loss.

4. VIP Subscription & Billing

What you buy. OddsIntel VIP gives you access to a private Telegram channel where we post the picks of our VIP strategies, for as long as your subscription is active. The website, the public record and the free Telegram channel stay free.

Price and renewal. VIP costs €14.99 a month. You pay at checkout, and the subscription renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for you, and you can cancel before then.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a limited period; if it still fails, your access ends.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time by sending /manage to our VIP bot (@OddsIntelVIPBot). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which you are removed from the channel. Cancelling is not a withdrawal and gives no refund; to withdraw within the first 14 days, see below.

Withdrawal and refunds. Wherever you live, you can withdraw from VIP within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. Access starts as soon as you pay, because at checkout you ask us to start straight away, so a withdrawal is refunded minus the days you have already used:

  • How to ask: email [email protected] within the 14 days and include your Telegram username. A clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough; you may also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. Cancelling in /manage only stops renewals: to withdraw and get the pro-rata refund, email us.
  • How much you get back: price paid × unused days ÷ days in the billing period. For example, if you withdraw on day 5 of a 30-day month at €14.99, you get €14.99 × 25 ÷ 30 = €12.49 back.
  • When: we refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request.
  • Access: your subscription and channel access end when you withdraw.

After those 14 days, paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can still cancel future renewals at any time (see Cancelling).

One person, one account. Access is for the Telegram account that paid. Sharing access, or forwarding or reposting channel content, is not allowed, and we may end access if it happens.

Chargebacks. If a payment is disputed with your card issuer, access is paused while the dispute is open.

What VIP is not. VIP picks are statistical estimates, not advice or a promise of profit; section 3 applies in full. Past results, including the VIP record we publish, do not predict future results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the site, other than through our public API and the public GitHub ledger, which are there to be used
  • Use the service to build a competing product
6. Data Accuracy

We source data from third parties. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all odds, scores, or statistics are error-free or current. Always verify critical information with the bookmaker directly before placing a bet.

7. Limitation of Liability

OddsIntel is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in that period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, models, and interfaces on OddsIntel are our property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access the service for personal use. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is necessary to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to end VIP access that violates these terms without prior notice. The site needs no account; to have any data we hold about you deleted, see the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
